NONMEM. Our nonlinear mixed effects modeling is performed with NONMEM software (ICON Development Solutions, Dublin, Ireland) [Beal et al., 2017]
Perl-Speaks-NONMEM (PsN). Nonlinear mixed effects modeling is aided with PsN-toolkit. PsN is a collection of Perl modules and programs aiding in the development of non-linear mixed effect models using NONMEM.
R software. We use R, an open souce statistical software for data processing and analysis. R is a free software environment for statistical computing and graphics. It compiles and runs on a wide variety of UNIX platforms, Windows and MacOS.
RStudio is an integrated development environment (IDE) for R. We use it to execute all our R tasks, whether explorative data analysis, NONMEM data file setup or performing model diagnostics.
RedCap is a web based application for building and managing online case report forms and databases. We use REDCap to virtually collect our clinical trials data.
